SHIPPING POLICY

Rogue Sugar ships all orders through UPS and USPS, anywhere in the United States. Shipping
times may vary after processing due to recipient location, but usually ranges from two to five
business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement
weather, back orders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and
tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
Customers outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii) may experience longer shipping times.
Deliveries to U.S. territories will be completed by USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Rogue Sugar, we are proud to provide a premium selection of products. And above all, we
believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please check your order carefully
for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. You may submit claims for damaged
Rogue Sugar items within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment via email at the
information listed below. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.
All refunds/exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Rogue Sugar.
We want to ensure the customer satisfaction of all those who purchase any Rogue Sugar
products. That being said, if your product was purchased through a Rogue Sugar distributor or
retailer, you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or
exchanges.
